Sales & Marketing Associate

Lucescu Realty continues to be recognized as one of the most active brokerage firms in the United States in the sale of retail shopping centers valued in excess of $25 million. We are located on Newport Center Drive in Newport Beach, California.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and issue press releases on closed transactions, company news and events.
  • Field broker calls regarding properties for sale.
  • Handle all marketing efforts for the company: oversee mailings, listing information, etc.
  • Negotiate ad space, ad placement, and pricing with advertisers.
  • Research periodicals and publications to advertise within relevant markets.
  • Creative design of marketing/advertising materials and distribution to media and trade organizations.
  • Organize/document the marketing process for property listings.
  • Process property Confidentiality Agreement receipt, inventory and distribution of memoranda and brochures.
  • Preparation of tenant profiles and collection of tenant annual reports for Offering Memorandums.
Skills:
  • Best-suited for individuals with a bachelor's degree in business, with an additional 1-2 years of related real estate experience preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Outstanding Excel, Word, internet and telephone skills.
  • Ability to handle sophisticated client contact with utmost finesse and professionalism.
  • Ability to prioritize duties, balance multiple projects, work in a team setting, and meet.
  • Sales experience a plus.
Salary and Benefits Information:
